Without changing the existing footprint, we completely reworked the internal layout to make the home flow and function better. The new kitchen, living and dining spaces now opens directly onto a covered outdoor deck, creating a strong indoor-outdoor connection with space for a future pool.
DA OR CDC?
Depending on the property and proposed works, your alterations and additions may be capable of approval through either a Development Application or a Complying Development Certificate.
We investigate the potential approval pathway early so the planning requirements can inform the design rather than becoming a problem later.

Where appropriate, builders can provide early construction feedback before the design progresses too far.
04 — DA OR CDC
We prepare the architectural documentation required for the appropriate approval pathway and coordinate the necessary consultants.
05 — CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
Following approval, we prepare the detailed documentation required to get the project ready for construction.
06 — BUILD
We can continue to assist throughout construction where required.
