Marcus will undertake preliminary property research before the meeting, then meet you at the property to assess its renovation potential in person.

During the consultation, we’ll walk through the existing home and site and discuss what you’re hoping to achieve, including potential second-storey additions, ground-floor extensions, internal reconfiguration, additional bedrooms and bathrooms, granny flat opportunities where relevant, and preliminary DA or CDC pathways.

The consultation draws on 20+ years of residential renovation experience to help you understand what exists, what the major constraints may be and how the property could potentially be transformed.

Includes preliminary property and planning research, review of available plans and property information, an on-site consultation with Marcus, and a concise written summary of the key opportunities discussed.

Fee: $1,950 + GST ($2,145 incl. GST)
